A sweeping driveway off Hawksworth Lane / Thoroton Road will lead you past crop fields to the lakeside, with just a glimpse of the 1665 Manor House in view. Completely private for your guests to arrive and park and take in the view of your very special day.

We have a number of features to the space, which makes this truly unique for the perfect setting; the manor house and formal gardens make a great location for welcoming your guests for canapes, drinks, croquet on the lawn and those all-important formal group photographs.

The lakeside is the perfect accompaniment to your perfect marquee wedding, providing a beautiful view out over the lake and the uninterrupted views of the neighbouring countryside.

The breeze house next to the lake, makes for a relaxing spot for guests who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the marquee and maybe take a moment to relax next to the lake with a nightcap.

And lastly the crop fields and surrounding fields make great locations to watch fireworks and interesting photo opportunities, depending on what time of year it is and what is growing in the fields.  

The venue is intended to be dry hire only, which means you can effectively curate your perfect day, just how you like it. We will be on hand to provide assistance where required and recommend suppliers, such as marquees and caterers we have worked with in the past, but the design and inspiration can be completely your choice.
